Therapy
It is said that if you figure out the origin of your problem, then you're almost all the way finished with resolving that problem. Although most psychologists do not believe that, I think that I do. They say in Alcoholics Anonymous meetings that the first step to solving your problem is admitting that you have one, and I think that is very true. In order to overcome something, you must first acknowledge what you must overcome. Though after discovering the origin of your problem, you may need to undergo many rounds of therapy or need much more help, I think that the biggest achievement is recognizing the need for help and what the original problem is.
