observational learning

Observational learning is something that everyone does. Everybody observes things that goes on around them. I am a very observational person so I am always watching and listening. This is how people learn how to interact with people by watching others interact. Children learn how to talk, eat, walk, play, and do other things by watching others do it. Four key processes in this type of learning are attention, retention, reproduction, and motivation.
