Conformity

As I was doing the Psytrek modules, I was interested in Stanley Milgram's study of conformity. I have heard of it before, but i fully understood what started it. It was very interested that he started it because he was troubled by how many Germans followed Hitler and carried out his dream no matter how gruesome it was. His procedure for testing Conformity was genius and the result were shocking to me. I did not think that 25 out of the 40 test subjects would put the voltage all the way up because they were told so. It amazes me what people will do because they are told. Where do people draw the limit?
