Sleep Deprivation
Sleep deprivation can cause impaired attention and restrictions on time, coordination and decision making. In college it is so hard to get enough sleep to be able to correctly function in classes. Though many students turn to caffeinated beverages or other sources of energy, which does nothing but shield their lack of sleep. Unfortunately, there is no real way to cure the sleep deprivation, besides, of course, sleeping. It is so important to attempt to get your work done on time to get the extra hours of sleep per night. After reading and learning about the importance of sleep, I discovered how mandatory it is to give my body the rest that it deserves.
