psychoanlytic theory
I would say one that I agree with most is psychoanalytic theory by Sigmund Freud. It “requires lengthy verbal interactions with patients during which he probed deeply into their lives”. I feel it is deeply analyzed through decades of interactions with clients. It also explains a broad amount, including personality, motivation, and psychological disorders. Psychoanalytical theory focuses on a person’s childhood experiences, as well as unconscious motives and conflicts. During his age of the Victorian era people found it to be uncomfortable because they were conservative with sexuality and this theory dealt with coping their sexual urges.
